Proudly born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and now based in New York City, Keila has literally and figuratively come a very long way to start her career in the arts!

She kicked off her big adventure moving to Philadelphia, graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a certificate in Management Information Systems (who would’ve thought!) from Temple University.

Keila enjoys not only performing, but also directing and choreographing. During her time at Temple, she choreographed a production of Seussical and select numbers in All Together Now! To her, theatre is a powerful medium for celebrating communities, and uplifting voices that need to be heard.

During her down time, you can find her hitting the gym, tucking into a good book, journaling, learning a tune on the ukulele, or picking up a new hobby (most recent: playing tetris)!
